Chef – Casual Position

MGSM Executive Hotel and Conference Centre is an award-winning venue situated in the picturesque grounds of Macquarie University at Macquarie Park. We are seeking applications for an enthusiastic and experienced Chef.

You will be responsible for preparation of high quality meals across a number of food outlets on site including an A la Carte restaurant, banquet room and café. You must have experience with a la carte and a flair for creative food preparation.

Applicants must be able to cope in a busy, fast-paced, customer-focused environment and demonstrate good communication skills and be able to perform efficiently as part of a small team. Flexibility is essential as shift work is involved over 7 days.
