Our Internship Program is where the academic educational experience comes alive.

Part of MGSM’s exceptional MBA curriculum, this intensive, 10-week course unit is both challenging and richly rewarding. Successful participants work on a major strategic project in an Australian organisation – an exceptional opportunity to exercise new skills and experience the complex issues, competing pressures and different dimensions of business, first-hand.

Sponsoring organisations benefit from the initiative and expertise our high-performing students bring – often providing permanent placements to interns who are particularly successful.

Who can participate

Students

Applications for our program are assessed on a competitive basis, including interviews with the School and sponsoring organisation. You must have successfully completed a minimum of six units of the MGSM MBA or have a strong grade point average in our Master of Management Program, to be eligible.

Employers

Internships are an excellent way to gain short-term talent, new perspectives and an opportunity for your own employees to expand their supervisory experience.
