Managing Innovation, Change and Growth

Overview

People promoting innovation are typically creative. Leaders combine creativity with strategic skills, broader business acumen and change management skills to deliver growth. This program addresses these areas through providing participants access to best thinking in an engaging and challenging program.

You will learn all the tools utilised in the various functions of the business needed to mobilise resources towards growth fuelled by innovation.

Increasingly, innovation is at the centre of organisation's growth strategies. Moving onto a new growth platform may involve entering new markets, launching new products and services, introducing a new business model or developing different distribution channels.

While we understand the importance of innovation, both organisations and individuals can struggle with successfully implementing such initiatives. A key reason is that innovation requires different organisational capability to managing business as usual. Managing today requires control, discipline and processes; building tomorrow requires insight, strategic thinking, broad business understanding and both influencing and change management skills.
