The Aesthetics of Power: Working Cultures of Knowledge
Jacqueline's research investigates the aesthetics of power.
The organisational relations of leadership and followers are the context used to examine 'working' (functioning) cultures associated with the strategy and practice of managing 'knowing'.
The deep knowledge, expertise and skills situated in knowledge intensive relations are explored in three research settings: scientists and a chemical solutions provider; journalists and a media environment; and, academics in a higher education institution.
