Ebin is a current PhD candidate at MGSM. With more than 10 years’ human resource management experience from various industries in Asia, he is motivated to better understand the nature of HRD (human resource development) practice in emerging markets in order to improve the ideological and theoretical perspectives of HRD within organisations in China and Asia. Particularly, his primary areas of research are focusing on Managerial Development, Talent Development, and Training & Development in the emerging markets.
