Financing Large Scale Investments

Financing Large Scale Investments

Infrastructure investment underpins economic growth and social development, with large-scale infrastructure, industrial and resource projects around the world predominantly financed using project finance.

The Financing Large-Scale Investments program looks at how the financing of large-scale investments differs from standard corporate finance and will help you understand the challenges and manage the risks inherent in project finance. You will develop your understanding of the techniques and principles used to structure, value and finance large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects.

You will examine the range of methods used to evaluate risks and responsibilities typically found in complex projects and the specialised funding models and approaches used to finance large projects.

You will benefit from the considerable experience of insiders who have worked on major project finance deals and learn how to apply these insights to real-life projects such as public–private partnerships.

The two-day program is facilitated by Cosmas Kapsanis, a highly experienced and successful banker and corporate adviser to clients in Australia, Asia and the Middle East.
