Flexible study options
We understand the demands of building a successful career and offer a variety of pathways to achieving your goals.
Choose how, when and where you study
Your MGSM experience is designed to deliver true flexibility as you build your qualifications and your professional career.
Flexibility is a key element of our education and research programs – and our students’ success. You can choose from a range of different options and learning styles that allow you to study in a way that suits your schedule and lifestyle.
Undertaking postgraduate studies is a big time commitment and flexibility is a key issue for me. MGSM provides this.

Manage your time
Study becomes easily manageable with the variety of lecture days, times and formats we offer.
Study load (full time, part time etc)
No matter which entry point or study mode you choose, all course units are taught at the same academic level as the MBA.
The offer of the Single Unit, Certificate and Diploma is available to students who may not satisfy the direct entry requirements of the MBA.
Online Interactive Classes
With MGSM’s unique Online Interactive study mode, you also have the flexibility to study selected units online, to the same rigorous standards as on-campus learning.
Weekly or block
Programs can be studied part-time or full-time and individual units can be studied weekly or in an intensive block format.
Face to face study
In weekly modes, students attend one face-to-face class per week. Classes are held in the evenings for part-time students and mornings for full-time students.
Group / team work
Cooperating with others, you will broaden your perspective on business issues, along with improving communication skills and problem solving.

Get hands-on experience
We are one of Australia's most connected business schools and our partnerships with local and global industry not only inform the curriculum, but also provide MBA students with internship and employment opportunities.
International exchange programs
The MGSM experience offers so much more than theory and principles. Opportunities exist to participate in global study tours, exchanges and internships with Australian and international leading business schools.
Group / team work
Our teaching method is transformational – not textbook-driven. Working in groups and teams is common business practice today. Our syndicate groups replicate this same environment so you develop the everyday skills needed to succeed.
Hands-on learning and practical application
Hands-on learning and practical application lie at the heart of all our programs. Issues and tasks from real cases are tackled in class, and expert industry leaders demonstrate and discuss how management theory comes to life in business.
